The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced that the authority is going to construct about 81,000 more residential flats in the capital by the year 2021.
DDA Housing Scheme 2017 – DDA, the Delhi Development Authority has removed the relaxed the forfeiture clause of its new housing scheme i.e. DDA Housing Scheme 2017 /DDA Aawasiya Yojana 2017. It has been decided by the authority that no penalty will be charged if the residential houses/flats are surrendered within 15 days of allotment.
DDA (Delhi Development Authority) has taken a decision of fixing the uniformity in the construction standards of residential flats in the national capital. J.P Aggarwal, the Principal commissioner (land and housing) of DDA informed that the carpet area of all new construction from now on will be as per the specification prescribed under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY).
DDA Housing Scheme 2017 is the most ambitious scheme of Delhi Development Authority. Finally, this scheme has been launched on 30 June 2017. Under this scheme, DDA has offered 12072 residential flats for the allotment of LIG, MIG, HIG and Janta Flats. In which 10000 flats have been included from its previous housing scheme 2014 which was returned by the allottees for different reasons.
