DDA All Set to Launch New Housing Scheme 2017 by 26 Jan 20117 for 13000 Flats
Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is coming up with its New Housing Scheme 2017. This scheme will be launch on upcoming Republic Day (26 January 2017) after a delay of 2 months. Under this scheme, about 13,000 flats will be offered by DDA.
This scheme was approved in November, which was not disclosed, but the exact date for the launch of the scheme was further pushed back because of the demonetization drive by the central government. The DDA may start giving possession in between July and September, after the finalizing the civil work and services.
According to a Senior official of DDA, the buyers will be given 1 month time to complete all the formalities and submit the application. The lottery draw might be held in the first week of April because inspection of the registration forms might take a month.
The flats are located in Sarita Vihar, Jasola, Dwarka, Pitampura, Sukhdev Vihar, Narela, Rohini, Jehangirpuri, Loknayakpuram, Dilshad Garden, Paschim Vihar, Bindapur and Mukherjee Nagar. Around 13,000 flats will be offered this time out of these, 10,000 flats are those flats which were either surrendered or canceled under the 2014 scheme.
