DDA All Set to Launch 13,148 Flats New Housing Scheme 2017 in March 2017
After a long time delay, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has finally decided to launch its new housing scheme 2017 in March. this time, DDA will offer 13148 residential flats in different locations of Delhi.
However, this scheme was to be launched on the occasion of Diwali last year but its launch dated was extended for January and now this scheme is going to launch in March.
Under this scheme, the DDA is offering total 13148 residential flats. Of these 11,671 of LIG, 398 of MIG, 79 HIG flats and 437 of Janta flats are offered for allotment. This time, the registration process of the whole scheme will be completely online. The interested people will be able to fill online application form very soon.
In this regard, the Principal Commissioner of DDA Housing, JP Agarwal said that DDA has already talked with banks for the scheme. About 8-9 banks will be included. Under the scheme, these banks will also provide registration money loans like previous scheme and this scheme has been all set to launch in March.
In order to attract homebuyers, DDA has removed the clauses of the five-year lock-in period. In this scheme, the applicants will have to deposit Rs. 1 Lakh as a registration amount for LIG and Janta flats, while Rs. 2 Lakh for HIG and MIG flats.
Besides, If any applicant who have applied for the scheme they will have an option of the move back before the three days of the draw. If once the applicant name come in the draw and he refused for flat, in this situation his registration amount will be forfeited.
According to the scheme, these flats will be located Sarita Vihar, Jasola, Dwarka, Pitampura, Sukhdev Vihar, Narela, Rohini, Jahangir, Loknaikpurm, Dilshad Garden, Paschim Vihar, Bindapur, etc. are located in Mukherjee Nagar.
DDA will resolve the problems of basic infrastructure such as water and sewer line somewhere, street lights, roads and other similar problems. DDA will also talk with the Delhi government for public transport like DTC and Cluster Buses for people.
