DDA Rohini Housing Scheme 1981 – Plots to be Allotted by March 2018
Good news for the applicants of DDA Rohini Housing Scheme 1981. The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced that the developmental activities in the DDA Rohini Housing Scheme 1981 will be completed soon.
Besides this, the authority has announced that it will issue the allotment-cum-demand letters to the remaining 14,352 allottees of the scheme after the finalization of the developmental activities. Apart from this, a senior DDA Official also informed that the authority will complete all civic development works in the scheme by December-end.
According to the Principal Commissioner of Delhi Development Authority Mr. J.P Aggarwal, the authority’s target is to finalize all the development work of the DDA Rohini Housing Scheme 1981 by end of this year. Also, the authority will then issue allotment-cum-demand letters to the 14,352 allottees within the first quarter of the next year i.e. by March 2018

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) had launched the DDA Rohini Housing Scheme 1981 for MIG, LIG & EWS/Janta categories and envisaged to provide an affordable roof to about 8.5 lakh population across the area of 2,497 hectares. Under this scheme, the authority had offered a total number of 1,17,000 plots for which 82,384 people had applied. Of the 82,384 applications, 80,587 applicants were eligible. Some 24,461 applicants got MIG plots, 37,665 got LIG and 18,461 got Janta category plots.
